At McKrulvey Homestead (Mebane, North Carolina), our primary focus is on raising meat rabbits to feed our family and friends. Many of the items we sell on our storefront are by-products of that endeavor. We aim to make full use of each animal to both honor what it provides and reduce waste.
In addition to sustainability, we love teaching and skill-sharing. We aim to help others feel a little more confident about growing, making, and doing things for themselves. That's why all of our workshops are offered on a "pay what you can" basis. We believe that knowledge should be accessible to everyone.
