Hello, I make sourdough baked goods from my home kitchen.
Every ingredient is organic!
Our sourdough bread is made with only the best ingredients:
Organic sourdough starter
Bottled Spring Mountain water
Unbleached flour
Mineral dense salt
Menu will expand to include bread with organic inclusions such as cheddar & jalapeño, fruits, seeds.
Sourdough Focaccia both sweet & savory.
Sourdough crackers
Sourdough bagels
We will also have a seasonal menu with ingredients from local farmers that practice organic farming practices.
We don't use any silicones, plastic, tin foil in our baking practices.
