I love and have fun making sourdough. I make small batches and I don’t rush the process, allowing for slow fermentation over several days to get that classic sourdough taste and texture. I use unbleached flour to get full nutrition from your sourdough loaves. If you’ve never tasted fresh homemade sourdough, you are missing out.
