Hi neighbors! I’m excited to share something close to my heart—Bee’s Bread named after my grandmother Beatrice, who ran a bakery and restaurant in her day. She was a talented, joyful baker, and I’m proud to carry on her tradition right here in our neighborhood.

I bake naturally leavened sourdough loaves in small batches, with a slow fermentation process that gives each loaf its signature flavor, crust, and chew.

– Inclusion Loaves (like garlic, everything bagel, cinnamon brown sugar swirl, and jalapeño cheddar) – $10

I’m just getting started and would love to know if there’s local interest and gauge if a weekly stand at my driveway would be popular. If a fresh, homemade loaf sounds good to you, let me know, and I’ll follow up soon with ordering and pickup details.

I love and have fun making sourdough. I make small batches and I don’t rush the process, allowing for slow fermentation over several days to get that classic sourdough taste and texture. I use unbleached flour to get full nutrition from your sourdough loaves. If you’ve never tasted fresh homemade sourdough, you are missing out. Eventually I would like to have a group of people that I provide weekly deliveries of fresh sourdough loaves. Give me a try, let me know what flavors and styles you prefer.
