At Delcour Family Farmstead we strive to be as self-sufficient as possible and are always looking for ways to buy less and produce more. We practice compact gardening and on our little piece of land we grow enough produce to feed our family of six plus canning plus selling at the farmer's market in the summer. We are learning to master growing in our greenhouse and have plant starts for our garden and for others.
