My husband Corey and I bought this beautiful piece of land a year ago. Since then our family has decided to slowly add more and more chaos lol. We currently have 8 Nigerian Dwarf goats, 14 laying Hens, 1 rooster, 4 dogs, 3 cats, and our 2 children that I warmly refer to as our skin puppies.
I am a city girl through and through! Born and raised in a suburb of Detroit, MI and moved out to Phoenix in 2018. Corey was born and raised in Phoenix and we're learning as we go. Luckily we make a great team!
Corey and I both work and our girls are involved in EVERYTHING lol, so this really is a hobby farm but we're pouring every bit of love and effort we can afford into it!
How did this all start, you might wonder! Well, we're in our 40s and wanted some peace. What's more peaceful than some crazy goats screaming at you and a few hens and a rooster? 🤣 But... have you ever seen a baby chick?! That's how they get ya!! I'm actually allergic to store bought eggs and we were curious if I'd be able to eat fresh eggs. Well! I can! And do!
I will be adding more products such as sourdough bread, scratch homemade cookies, goat milk, goat milk soap, candles, and hopefully some aroma therapy products in the coming months as well. Let me know if there's any other products that you might be interested in and we'll do our best to provide!
